A business coach running 1:1 and group programs was paying $520/mo across four platforms: Kajabi for courses and community, Mailchimp for email, Calendly for discovery calls, and ClickFunnels for webinar funnels. None of them talked to each other. Webinar registrants who didn't show up got one manual follow-up email - if she remembered to send it.
