These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Get Automated services and your purchase of any membership or project packages. By completing a purchase or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Get Automated provides software operations services including but not limited to: GoHighLevel account management, automation setup, platform integrations, AI configuration, funnel builds, email deliverability management, and general software support. The specific scope of services available to you depends on your active membership tier.
Services are delivered on a best-effort basis within the response times outlined in your membership. Get Automated does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of any software platform or automation.
The Software Operations Membership is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Your membership includes access to the services described on the pricing page and in your welcome materials.
Your membership renews automatically each month on the date of your initial purchase. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Get Automated reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with 30 days written notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
The Launch Pack is a one-time purchase of 20 prepaid service hours at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. These hours are non-refundable once purchased. There is no expiry on Launch Pack hours -- they remain available to your account indefinitely.
Prepaid hours are applied to project work at the agreed hourly rate. Hours are tracked and reported to you upon request.
The Launch Pack offer is available only at the time of your initial membership purchase and cannot be purchased separately at the same rate at a later date.
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes including GST where required. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Get Automated to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
For the one-click Launch Pack purchase, your card on file from the membership checkout will be charged immediately upon clicking the acceptance button. You will receive a receipt from Stripe confirming the charge.
If a payment fails, Get Automated will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
Membership: Refund requests submitted within 72 hours of the initial transaction date will be considered for a full refund, less a 3% payment processing fee. After 72 hours, membership fees are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges.
Launch Pack (Prepaid Hours): All Launch Pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Hours never expire and remain on your account indefinitely. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the Launch Pack has been purchased.
You agree to use Get Automated services only for lawful business purposes. You must not use our services to engage in spam, fraud, illegal activity, or any activity that violates the terms of service of any third-party platform we support.
Get Automated reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately and without refund if you are found to be in violation of this section.
Any work product, automations, templates, or configurations created by Get Automated on your behalf remain the property of your business upon delivery. Get Automated retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific knowledge gained during the engagement.
You grant Get Automated permission to access your software accounts and platforms as necessary to deliver the agreed services. This access will be limited to what is required and will be revoked upon cancellation.
Get Automated is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any third-party platforms. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Get Automated does not warrant that any software platform, automation, or integration will be error-free or uninterrupted. Third-party platforms may change their features, APIs, or terms at any time without notice to us.
Get Automated collects and processes personal information as necessary to deliver services and process payments. Your information is not sold to third parties. Payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe and is not retained by Get Automated.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
Get Automated reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
